Order processing

All electronics orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

United States shipping options

• Standard: $8.00, free for orders of $70.00 or more, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
• Express: $15.00, with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days.
• Economy: free, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.

Available options and final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Transit estimates are separate from order processing time.

Customs

Shipping time excludes customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees.

Shipping address

Please verify your shipping address carefully; we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged items

Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
